Inova is a partner in a number of European and International projects and uses knowledge gained from working with partners abroad to bring best practice into the UK as well as sharing UK experiences with our European partners. Get Mobile! Guidance and European Training in Mobility Opportunities for Business. Inspiring Lifelong Learning and Enterprise.

Inova in the Contractor and Co-ordinator in this Transfer of Innovation project funded through the Leonardo da Vinci Lifelong Learning Programme. Partners from the UK, Netherlands, Italy, Turkey, Iceland and Greece will work together from 2011 - 2013 to encourage greater numbers of female graduates from Business, Science and Technology to consider going abroad on placement to help their career development. In addition, the project aims to encourage larger numbers of SMEs and micro-businesses to see the value in hosting a placement student from abroad. find out more

Inova is the Co-ordinator of this European partnership funded by Grundtvig to bring together organisations from across Europe with expertise in entrepreneurship to share best practice on encouraging and supporting greater numbers of mums to start up their own business. SET4Change:Social Entrepreneurship for Women in Business, Science, Engineering and Technology

Inova is the Co-ordinator of this European partnership project funded by Leonardo da Vinci which will share knowledge and experiences linked to encouraging more women to explore the career opportunities provided by social enterprise. FEMALE: Female Entrepreneurs Mentoring and Lifelong Learning across Europe

Inova is the Contractor and Co-ordinator in this Transfer of Innovation project funded through the Leonardo da Vinci's Lifelong Learning Programme. Partners from UK, Malta, Cyprus, the Netherlands and Italy will come together from 2010-2012 to work on a project encouraging wider numbers of women facing double disadvantages to start up in business. Inova will further spread its Mentoring Circles™ to these new countries as an intervention to support women thinking of starting their own business. visit website

Win-BUS

Inova is the UK partner in this Leonardo da Vinci Transfer of Innovation project (2010-2012). This project aims to foster closer links between VET practice and working life, focussing on supporting female entrepreneurship. Partners in Turkey, Italy, Slovakia, and the UK will come together to share knowledge and develop a course aimed at fostering entrepreneurship in women. visit website

LLLAB: Lifelong Learning for Active Citizenship and Capacity Building

Inova is a UK partner in this Grundtvig partnership (2009-2011) bringing together organisations active in lifelong learning and adult learning from across Europe to share best practice on engaging with adult learners.

WE:MENTOR

Inova is the UK partner in this Grundtvig partnership project looking to share best practice methods in mentoring for women across Europe. Partners from UK, Austria, Greece, Germany and Romania will carry out training seminars and workshops internationally between 2010-2012 to bring together new methods and approaches to mentoring for women. visit website

SiGOLD

Inova is the UK partner in this Grundtvig Multilateral project, aiming to create a series of courses aimed at HR managers, trainers and 50+ citizens, to support older workers within the community and working environment. SiGOLD will create an e-learning module aimed at each of these target groups, and will pilot and adjust them throughout the project lifecycle (2011-2013). visit website

Empowering Women

Inova is the UK partner in this Leonardo partnership project sharing best practice in the field of women and entrepreneurship, particularly focused on women starting or running businesses in Science, Engineering and Technology. Partners from Iceland, Italy, UK and Estonia will come together for workshops between 2010 and 2012 to exchange best practice and programme information about their fields of expertise.
