The project partnership set out to develop a culture of learning in the partner organizations to obtain a rise in skills levels, better employability, social inclusion, active citizenship and personal development which in the end will inevitably mean sustainable development of the European society.
With this aim in mind; partners presented opportunities to their personnel and also to public to help them reach personal, social, occupational and educational goals. Partners offered courses identified by surveys and interviews and presented several learning opportunities through publications and the project website in order to develop the culture of learning and strenghten the ideals of lifelong learning. In addition to providing learning options to target audiences, partner organizations also provided seminars that highlighted the ideals of lifelong learning programs open to public and the public learned about the LLP program and what it entails.
